Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Ownix QR orders. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the conditions below regarding returns, cancellations and refunds.

1. When an item can be returned

You may request a return when:

• The delivered item does not match the description on our website or catalogue.
• The item was damaged during shipping.
• The request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. When an item cannot be returned

An item is not eligible for return when:

• The delivered item matches the description provided.
• The item was damaged by the customer after delivery.
• The return is requested after 7 days from delivery.
• The subscription has been activated, or the packaging has been damaged.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, or once the Ownix QR subscription has been activated, it can no longer be cancelled and is subject to the return conditions above.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval. For cash payments, we will reach out to you to collect your bank details or UPI, or process the refund by issuing a Gift Card of equal value.
