By logging into the Ownix Home app (io.ownix) through SMS verification or Truecaller SDK authorization, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, you must immediately uninstall the application and terminate device linkages.
Ownix Home is designed to support users of all demographics. It features Material 3 high-contrast, high-legibility indicators, and enlarged tactile touch zones (min 52dp) to facilitate senior use. Users are responsible for ensuring that all authorized family members operate nodes safely.
To ensure secure operational integrity, users may belong to a maximum of one family group. Creating a family issues legal invitations to recipient phone numbers. Spamming invitations or adding unauthorized mobile numbers without explicit owner consent is strictly prohibited.
Ownix Home provides remote device controls and schedules. We are not liable for smart appliance malfunction, unauthorized gateway breaches occurring due to custom phone number sharing, or OTP interception outside our API infrastructure.
